The room I booked was a nice size and brand-new with 2 queen beds and a microwave. The staff were caring and knew how to help. The location is convenient, close to a Cracker Barrel restaurant and the museum of the great plains.

Comfy, staff was polite, no issues.

Hot tub didn't work, pancake machine for breakfast didn't work.

This place is conveniently located near the mall, making it comfortable for guests.

had a 3 night stay, first night room wasn't cleaned, had to seek out staff to get clean towels. went up to room at 9;00 pm on final night, door to our room was propped open

The hotel was convenient with plenty of a nice size and brand-new rooms. The rooms with a microwave, refrigerator plus a pull out couch for extra sleeping space.

Conveniently located next to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. The room had comfortable king-size beds! 👍

no the food could have been better the bed was ok

The room and bed were comfortable.

The breakfast was not satisfactory. When they ran out of a certain food (i.e. bacon), they did not replenish the item. Breakfast started at 6:30 and ended at 9:30. We would get there at 8:00-8:30 and there would be very little left to eat.

The room was super neat and looked really new, plus it had a comfy couch 🛋️. The breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of food to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to help us, they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. This place is situated in a nice area, making it a pleasant stay.

The hot tub and pool were great and the room was clean and nice.

The bed was comfortable, the room was neat and updated with a pull-out couch, and all of the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Quick check-in and check-out process, plus you can stay a little longer if you want 🕐. The location is top-notch and the rooms are cozy and peaceful. They have all the essentials like a coffee table, a neat desk, and a comfy chair to relax in.

We had a non-smoking room, yet it smelled like someone had just smoked in it and there were cigarette burns in the couch. The front desk told us they did not replace the curtains, matresses, or shampoo the carpets when they switched to a non-smoking hotel. As if that is not bad enough the new room we were put in still smelled like smoke and we were told the room had just been cleaned. Well it wasn't, at least not well. There were what looked like grape juice rings on the counter top and when I took my shoes off by our bed, I stepped on something thick and sticky! And ater all that, the hot tub was broken which was the main reason we booked there in the first place.
